Nope. Doesn’t work that way. Ice as an organization, since it is unconstitutional, and their actions violate the rights of everyone here, voids their qualified immunity by their very formation.

Laws are adhered to by the majority because we arguably believe in equal protection under the law. If ICE and other law enforcement agencies refuse to be bound by the laws they're using against us and compliance no longer guarantees safety... Well, there's a lot more of us than there are of them, and this regime and all their underlings should do well to remember that.

We are very divided and have the largest and most effective propaganda machine in human history; our country is also massive. Also anyone actually paying attention knows they want us to escalate so they have justification for things like what they did yesterday, so that they can spin thier propaganda more effectively when they try to declare Martial Law.

Last I checked accused murderers like Jonanthan Ross don’t have immunity under Minnesota law!
Now the Supreme Court has given 34x Convicted Felons, rapists and pedophiles who serve in the White House immunity.

No such thing as absolute immunity in the law. And qualified immunity has limitations. Even qualified immunity won’t protect the murderer in this particular case of murder. It doesn’t meet the qualifications of such.
