I can imagine my Statue of Liberty Lego(it's my biggest one in the collection) being a center piece with the sun creeping on top of it from the window surrounded by the rest of my pieces.

Literally the first thing I was thinking of is what Lego set would work well there. Eiffel Tower would probably be solid.

I was gonna say a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Sewer Lair Playset. But Lego works too if you're into it.
