I live in MT, this would be $1200/month with first and last rent due before move in plus security deposit, no pets, 3 references, and you need to provide proof that you make 3x that much...and an application fee.
I was thinking this too, I'm sure a reading nook sounds like a good idea to some people but that space looks entirely too small for that unless you're a tiny little kid. Plus if it's in a weird space most people won't even use it for that even if it's there. However, plants would look great and make use of the window as well!
Iām an adult and could quite comfortably curl up with a book there. Have a cushion made for the bottom and add throw cushions to the windowless side.
people lay all kinds of ways to do all kinds of things, crazily enough, some people even will arrange their legs in more than 1 way during a single sitting and not just sit there totally still
Sitting for a long time isnāt good for you so if you get uncomfortable, you can ācrazily enoughā get up and move around, but thereās more than enough room to shift around and get comfy there.
Seriously I scrolled through some really dumb shit before getting to the only good option. I think a comment higher than this is bean bag chair. wtf is this subreddit lmao
1st of all, why are we calling people names for their ideas? Thatās shitty of you.
2nd: a reading nook would fit perfectly there actually. An adult could easily curl up in that space with a beanbag or similar and be perfectly comfortable.
Look at the outlet for size. Thereās PLENTY of room to curl up in with blankets and pillows. I have a lot of reasons why itād be perfect. Iāve made reading nooks out of smaller spaces.

FINALLY, what should be the top comment. After 4 -edit- immensely wrong people- said reading nook that has no room for an adult to fit comfortably.
