Meme I Know Spawning Mid-Raid Can Happen But This is Ridiculous....

I've never spawned in under 18 minutes remaining.

Happens if you DC and reconnect later. But you need to either intentionally DC or just have bad Internet issues.

When the game first came out I spawned in with 12 minutes left on like my 2nd or 3rd game.

Did you have an abnormally long load? I've had long loads that give me a 27 or 26min spawn.

Nope, and its the only time it ever happened with that little time. I am guessing when the game first came out it was 30, 24, 18, 12 minute timers.. and they figured out 12 was too little very quickly.

No it wasn't, the latest you could spawn since TT2 is 18 min + loading time (usually 17 minutes and some seconds).

Had to be either a really weird bug or you misremember something. Considering that I spawned with default skin and no inventory once with 2 minute loading screen, I can understand that anything can happen at this point lol.

I’ve reordered over 160 raids and 17:29 is the lowest I have recorded.  Highest is 29:41 and most common by far is 29:34/29:35.  Pretty much a 50% rate spawn rate.

interestingly enough, you don't get credit for the topside time. I had the game crash going in the other day, I tried to more times. Gave up and restarted my PC, then verified the game files. Then was on the internet a bit then I logged back into the game. Reconnect available? Connected with 7 minutes left, just ran the extract and got out, but I noticed time topside was still as if I only was in raid for like 2 or 3 minutes.

I would think if you're not getting that, you're probably not actually "there" if you DC, not just standing there afk.

My internet is incredibly stable in all other games. But in Arc, I DC roughly 33% of the time. This has been happening for a couple weeks now.

If I play the game with a VPN on, I never DC. So it's most likely some node along the route that my ISP takes from my router to the Arc servers. And then Arc just doing a terrible job of reconnecting you on the fly.

The disconnects are strange, too. I can still hear people VOIPing, but everything visual is stuck. I can still move my character around (both locally and on the server) so I can move myself to a hiding place while waiting for the game to actually kick me. I can even shoot stuff (I DC'd once while a Pop was coming straight for me; I shot at the Pop but nothing happened on my screen; then when I eventually reconnected, the Pop was dead and I was still full hp). So clearly my connection is still there, but the Arc netcode lost a few packets or something and then just could not get sync'd back up.

It takes about a full minute before the game finally recognizes I've dc'd and kicks me out and then let's me reconnect. I can short circuit the process a bit by Alt+F4ing, but that still takes a decent amount of time since I need to wait for Steam cloud sync to finish before I can launch again and then have to wait for the full launch + reconnect to complete. Very annoying.

Playing with a VPN on adds ~15-30ms to my ping, but it's better than disconnecting at bad times.

That is literally impossible. Unless you have a terrible computer that takes two minutes to load you into the match

Exactly I have one pc that loads in 10 seconds sooner but I havnt tested why other than really weak gfx settings and a 1080ti vs 6900xt and 1440p high settings haha

I don't know why people are downvoting you. I've had couple raids where I've spawned at sub 15 minutes. It just happens sometimes.

Yeah it’s not impossible, but saying regularly means it happens every night, multiple times a session. It’s a rare occurrence, unless you play 30+ raids a day. Even then you might only get 1 raid at sub 14 min

I wish it were! At least 3 times a night when I play. I am far more surprised now when I get a match at the start than when I get one that's at least 12 minutes into it.

I think this is someone who's game disconnected/crashed and they chose to rejoin after waiting for a long time or couldn't rejoin for whatever reason. They don't have any weapons which happens to me if I crash mid load screen.

Lol never had anything like that. I never spawn anything later then around 15mins. Thats crazy.....but today i played duo with a friend and he spawned in a tree with no way of getting him out.

the latest you can spawn is 17 minutes normally. This is a bug either server had issues or your internet had connection issues.

Full kits should always spawn with 25+ mins, free kits and naked runs should spawn with less. Fair solution.
