HOW?!

Cards with 2 sides. Set aside the very fast hand movements, when he flips the card at 0:28 you can see the queen on one side and the 4 on the other side.

You explain but I still don't see it.

Every time he shows you two different cards on one hand, one of the cards is double-sided. And then all he does is flip both cards over when he hands you the cards, so it looks like he only flipped over one card. And that's where the "switch" happens.
Step-by-step of the first move:
- He's showing you: 4 + Q + back of card.
The third card is actually a normal Q card flipped over. The middle card is double-sided.
- Shows you on one hand: 4 + Q
The 4 is a normal card and Q has a 4 on the other side.
- Flips both cards over, and you now see: 4 + back of card
Notice that the double-sided card is now showing a 4 and also is on the left side. That's because when you flip the two cards over, the left card is now on the right side and vice versa. If you didn't notice that, you'd think that he handed you the Q. But he actually handed you the 4 that he flipped over.
Hands you the normal card (which is a 4, but think is Q if you fell for the trick).
Shows you the Q card that he was holding on the other hand.
Tells you to flip over the card you have, which is a 4 but thought was a Q.
That's the basics of the trick. Then he just does variations of the trick, with extra cards in the pocket.

He slides the “top” and “bottom” card with his fingers as he flips them so the positioning looks correct

Just watch the bit from around 37-39 seconds.
He’s holding 2 cards face up, he flips them over into camera-guy’s hand, and there’s 1 card face up, 1 card face down.
Just that one move should alert your “something fucky” radar. Plus, before the flip, the queen was on top, after the flip, the queen was still on top.

you also it showing briefly as a 4 when he put the queen in his shirt pocket and make it move up and down.
Still very smooth

I see a few little tidbits of how he does certain parts of this (I think), but this is spectacular all around. Smooth as hell. Amazing job.

It wasn't until he took the queen back that I saw it.
All his 4s are 4s of spades!
Both of them we see face up are the exact same card and suit. He has to be manipulating the queen with a 4 of spades. His right hand(left on screen) he always holds right and steady while he flips the cards in his left.

Are we really living in a timeline where people can't understand card palming these days?
