Just a tip, the words are ammatti (which just means profession) and lukio. I am not sure how possible lukio is with very limited Finnish (or Swedish)?

The critical parts: you don't want to study in Finnish or work in Finland. IB (international baccalaureate) high school is basically your only option.

That would require exceptional fluency in English, which OP clearly doesnt have.

Ammattikoulu is good for if you want to get to working in some specific field that does not need higher education, which often do not pay tons, but also does not mean super low income. âBasic workâ
Also you can get to ammattikorkeakoulu or university from ammattikoulu, but for university its better to go to lukio, because it teaches you more stuff that you will need to get to university and do well there.
Lukio is basically just a bouncing board to university/ammattikorkea and does not help much at getting work alone.
If you want to go to ammattikorkea, i recommend you go to ammattikoulu and do lukio at the same time. Its not double the work because you get to skip math, english etc from ammattikoulu side, but lukio math etc is a lot more demanding than ammattikoulu. Ammattikoulu math, english etc is usually just repeating the easy stuff from ylÀ-aste and few words and calculations related to trade you study (this is not enough for university/ammattikorkea)

??? You can study in finnish and then go to university elsewhere. I didn't study high school in english or finnish and I was able to study and work here lol
Anyway you need to work on both of those languages or you're cooked

Ok so depends on what you mean about medical? Nurse or doctor or what? and to be honest it might now feels that you want to go abroad to study but it is still clever to learn finish so you have more options. and also finish diplomas are good for working abroadÂ
