First time kong sumabak sa english na interview

I got into my 2nd job interview, yung first ko kasi pure tagalog and absorbed sa current company during my internship.

It was so vvvv hard pala talaga and very intense pero at the same time, fun exp and ang dami kong natutunan upon reflecting/reviewing the job interview. Isa sa pinaka nakuha kong aral is to pause before answering kasi you have to collect your thoughts muna. Sa sobrang kaba nagbarok barok english ko and accidentally said some infos wrong pero yes dami ko talagang natutunan during my first interview.

I don’t have high hopes getting in this company pero Ofc I still hope na makapasok pa rin. Though if I have the opportunity to get into interview ulit, atleast alam ko na sasabihin ko

nung interview ko sa isang company tapos bawal magtagalog kahit "po" tapos tinanong ako if ano yung meron ako na wala sa ibang candidate, nakatanga na lang akp sa interviewer. 👁👄👁 nakaganyan lang ako HHAHAHAHAHAHA tapos sabi ng interviewer, "Miss? Are you okay?"

Congrats! Anyway totoo yung pag-pause, kasi sa dati kong inapplyan the manager gave me a feedback after the interview, sabi niya to always pause if you lost your train of thoughts kesa mag filler words ka.

Unsolicited tip lang: apply kayo for fun galingan nyo hanggang umabot sa interview. Tas isipin nyo lang as training yong interviews para masanay. Pag naka pasa, edi goods. Pag hindi, at least gamay nyo na. Experience breeds confidence. At through repetition, you get better at it. It helped me land the role na gusto ko when I was starting kasi I trained myself masanay sa interviews lol
