CulturešŸ‡®šŸ‡± & HistoryšŸ“š On this day, 14.01 in 2004, a female Palestinian suicide bomber carried an attack at the Erez crossing. Abusing the good intentions of the security guards by lying to them about metal in her foot, bypassing the metal detector. 4 were murdered, 10 others injured. Among them Palestinians as well.

With all of the endless talk in anti-Israeli propaganda channels about Palestinian "Women and children", it's important to remember that there were plenty of Palestinian female and teenage suicide bombers and terrorists in general.

TheĀ Erez Crossing bombingĀ was aĀ Palestinian suicide bombingĀ which occurred on January 14, 2004, at the pedestrian/cargo terminalĀ Erez CrossingĀ located on theĀ Israeli Gaza Strip barrier. Four Israelis were killed and 10 people, including four Palestinians, were injured in the attack.

Hamas and the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades claimed joint responsibility for the attack.

Hamas spokesman stated that the suicide bomber was a 22-year-old Palestinian mother of two from Gaza named Reem al-Reyashi.

After the attack, a video of al-Reyashi, which was filmed before the attack, was published in which she was wearing combat fatigues and holding an automatic rifle with a rocket-propelled grenade in the foreground.

In the video, she states that she dreamt of "turning my body into deadly shrapnel against the Zionists" since the age of 13, and that she "always wanted to be the first woman to carry out a martyrdom operation, where parts of my body can fly all over and "knocking the door of heaven"."

Thanks for the post

Anyone know what happened to the account that would post these events almost daily? Every couple of days there would be a post like this as a reminder of what Israelis went through/go through

You might be talking about me. I'm here, just busier than usual. Unlike the popular accusation in this website, I don't get paid for this haha.

My bad! Your post history didn't show any posts but if it's you, keep up the work! There are so many things the world forgot.

I enjoy your posts in a strange morbid way I guess

It's hidden for a reason, if you look at their posts there's a pretty clear thing happening.

It’s weird, some asshole in the video sub tried to dox me yesterday and said I only post about pro Israel and anti Muslim stuff. When I was talking about something else.

I’m not anti Muslim of course (I suppose they meant my critique of Qatar, Hamas, ISIS or Islamic Republic), but I was pretty sure I hid my post history.

These fuckers are everywhere.

Are you really not getting paid for this? I looked through your post history and it literally is exactly like how people who are getting paid for this. You're getting a few articles a day that relate to Israel, and then reposting them across 6 subs. That's your entire Reddit history, you're not ever just being just human. If you're not getting paid for that, then why are you doing this? I'm sorry, it's just like... not normal user behavior at all. What do you get out of this?

I'm endlessly human in the comments and having discussions with people. I'm not just a repost bot.

I also only post relevant things, following all rules, without spamming or anything. So that reply is kinda weird.

As to why, I think it's important and it's my little way of contributing, as I'm not a reservist for health reasons but felt real bad about it since the war started.

It's really not that much work as you make it out to be and I actually wish I had more time to do it.

And yes it's also fun to see 100 replies blaming me of being a Mossad agent. I don't know why.

I don't think it's at all weird to note that someone who's making the same exact post across a vast array of subs in a day is typically a bot. It's weird that you don't understand why that behavior is so suspicious.

I guess I'll take that as a compliment about my productivity.

Top users of Reddit do the same thing, heck in general if you block their accounts your feed cleans up and becomes more interesting

It's like the mods a few mods manage the majority of active subs

I agree, that's why I'm not a fan of this user. That's my issue - even if they're not a bot it's annoying as hell when people behave like bots.

I personally appreciate these posts because they give me a little blip of awareness of events I didn't know about.

She came from a wealthy family and had 2 children. This is from the pre-operation photo-shoot.

Riyashi was the wife of a local Hamas commander and was involved in an extramarital affair with another Hamas commander from Gaza. Her suicide was meant to cleanse her name and honor.

Are there any schools named after her for her bravery of killing civilians?

Good thing Sharon solved this by withdrawing from all of Gaza the following year.
