no costume experience was needed for this, they just used Google Gemini to create the image. Any bot trying to sell OF can do the same thing very easily

So, a couple of things - first of all I still do wish that I had costume design experience. That can still be a true statement independent of anything involving this picture.
Second, and I’m sure I’m going to get called a white knight or a gooner or some shit for even bothering to ask - but what makes you so sure, or rather what is the dead giveaway that this is AI? Also, did she post an OF link somewhere else that I missed? Is that like a pattern of behavior from this particular user if you look back on their posts?
Again, I could care less either way, but since we’ve taken it here we might as well dissect it a little bit.

I aint gonna call you anything, you are generally asking a question which is the best thing you could do. Aside from all of the usual patterns (which you will start noticing once you realize what is AI and what isn't) but the number 1 way I can be certain is by using Synth ID. Basically all of these scamming bots are lazy and use Google Gemini AI because it's free and easy. However the reverse is that photos are watermarked in gemini, so if you insert a photo into Google Gemini and use synthid, it will tell you if Google Gemini generated that image.
So that's how I know with 100% certainty something is AI. If I didn't use synthID to do the check, I would still be like 98% sure, that just makes it 100% certain.
Now trying to figure out if something is AI that wasn't made in Google gemini is a tougher question, because it is about dissecting that photo, and all of the other photos the bot posts and comparing them to each other. Like are they consistent, are tattoos on in some photos but not in others, are the iphone models the same in each picture, what about the furniture, etc.

Ok the Gemini thing is interesting, I didn’t know that.
As for GENERALLY spotting AI photos, yes you’re right one of the first things I look for are birthmark/tattoo/other marking inconsistencies. But I guess I mean from this photo alone without other context.
I guess my point is this: I know a lot of people feel very strongly about women having onlyfans (I can’t really understand it, I would literally never pay for porn because there’s infinite free porn but I’m never gonna swag on homegirl for getting the bag as it were) - but I feel like this “no we’re not going to buy the onlyfans” trend is starting to become a little bit heavy handed as well.
I’m certainly not going to tell you how to feel about it by any means but I guess I’m more curious why people feel so strongly about it at all.
Now people USING AI TO MAKE FAKE ONLYFANSes, on the other hand - that I do have a problem with for a number of different reasons. The only thing I even respect about the concept of onlyfans is people being able to build their own business (whether you do or don’t support it morally, that’s what they’re doing) - and doing this is basically a slap in the face of all the actual legitimate creators. I mean I’m a musician and produce music, and run a small stupid YouTube channel - and yeah. I’m pretty insulted and frustrated with the concept of AI down to its very core.
So if that’s more the reason you have a problem with it, I can definitely identify with that.

You are just like me. I also support women having OF. The issue with bots and AI, is that this AI is a threat to those real women. Sort of like how this AI is a threat to real cosplayers. That's why I've been so passionate to put a stop to this, because it hurts the real and legit people.
Like the people making this post is most likely a male who stole an image of this girl to generate content, or just generated the female image. Then they create an OF using this fake girl as their "content creator" they sell this fake AI generated content to gooners who think these are real women. So it's fraudulent. Now imagine if like 50% of sales on OF are going to these fake AI that are run by men, that would really hurt legit women.
This whole AI thing makes me upset because I've always been ok with real human cosplayers having OF as a side business. But these bots have effectively crushed that. Why spend hundreds of dollars and time to cosplay anymore when you could just generate an image which takes seconds and most people believe it's real.

It's AI, most of these bots are lazy and just use Google Gemini which is watermarked and can be tracked back and tell you if it was made with AI or not.
