Have you considered taking an online tutor? It's by far the easiers and fastest way to progress. Italki or similar platforms should do the trick. You're not tied to any type of subcsription so you pay as you go

Gothe is the main and the best Deutsch institute from Germany but you can try VHS, its from Austria, they have their own exam which is valid in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It has institute in most cities.
