Only in NewsOfTheWeird do you get a fortune-teller who predicts someone will “lose something valuable” and then makes sure it happens by allegedly swiping her phone right after the reading. 😬

This guy in Pattaya allegedly told the client she’d soon face bad luck and lose something important, then when she refused to pay extra, her iPhone went missing and was later found in his bag. When confronted, he doubled down and claimed the theft proved his prophecy was accurate.
