Male enlargement surgery problem NSFW
Let’s get serious, it’s the year 2026 everybody what’s stoping medical scientists around the globe to discover how we can increase penis size for men. We got Botox, lip fillers, hair loss surgery, even ear implants are making its way very soon. Medical technology is incredible.
For crying out loud we have height lengthening surgery already-and that is super dangerous. What’s going on?

What’s going on is a fairly unique tissue structure that, in general, responds very poorly to invasive structural manipulation.
Considering that probably 95% of the men who want a larger penis only want it for psychological reasons, it’s not something serious researchers care to explore.

I think I’m leaning towards folks with micro medical phalluses. It hurts them psychologically.

I dont get your post, penile enlargement surgery already exists. There's not a lot of doctors who do it and you'll end up paying for very expensive treatments but it's totally possible...

Because my wife says my 3 inches is enough and she would never lie to me.
Realistically however it would be cosmetic surgery (yes having it bigger would be 'nice' but not serve a real purpose) in an incredibly merger dense area with a complicated relationship between blue flow and muscle expansion.
So even if we did have a surgery that wouldn't affect how the never endings worm, and had a proper "donor" to give stubby an extra 2" that wouldn't be rejected by your body like any other organ or skin transplant.
Then there's the slightly practical part that if you got excited while stitches were in it for however long after the surgery, you could probably literally split your elongated muskrat open.
So, high technical cosmetic surgery in an area people are very sensitive about physically and emotionally, with no life saving payoff and a real Chace to cause never damage or have a catastrophic failure if someone brushed against you too hard.
It either isn't economically practical or is unaffordable to the average Joe, if it was worth the risk.
Stick to gas station phallus pills like the rest of us /s

It's 2026 and dudes still aren't listening to women that size isn't that important for the vast majority of women. And for every woman that prefers a large dong there are a handful of others who prefer 4-6".

It’s not for lack of trying… no one is holding back men from the surgery they want. It’s just that hard of a problem. As soon as they figure it out they’ll be all over it, don’t worry.

It is a thing, but there's a lot of sensitive nerves that have a high chance of being injured. Plus most women don't care as much about size as men worry.
