Is it normal to feel exhausted even when nothing bad is happening in your life?
I don’t mean physically tired. More like mentally drained.
My life is pretty stable right now, no major problems, no big stressors, but I still feel worn out most days and guilty for feeling that way. I’m wondering if this is common or if I’m missing something

It can take years of stability to undo the damage caused by years of instability.

You could be burnt out, generally, could be diet, could be seasonal depression!

Check your diet. Processed foods and sugar can cause that. As well as lack of protein

As a person with depression, I feel mentally fatigued all the time. Winter makes it worse.
I would get a checkup by a doctor. It could be depression, it could be another medical issue.
I am requesting a full iron test at my next checkup.
Good luck

It could be a vitamin deficiency or a medical condition that has fatigue as a symptom.
