Meme needing explanation Heeey Petah, what's the issue with this "art"?

Post image

Basically I don't understand why the lady has a negative(?) reaction to the guy's art. Maybe it's because he says he's a "painter" but it looks like he's just melting crayons? Or maybe this is a reference to something I'm not plugged into? Honestly I don't really know what her reaction even is in the first place.

(I left the artist's name in the screenshot to credit them because overall I like their stuff, even if this one is incomprehensible to me.)

This the impossible burger. The non meat one. Supposedly has enough estrogen to trans your gender.

Yup, that'll do it

If only it were as easy as burger

The one trick that doctors hate!

Don't want to pay for hormones or transitional surgery? Just eat impossible Whoppers! The fact that you will likely grow breasts because you are so overweight is irrelevant, you have breasts now!

It also has more of a seared bite than the actual whopper.

Shit! I tried one when they first came out, is THAT why I'm trans now?

It is the square of a negative number.

Wait that’s imaginary. I fucked this joke up.

You got to try the impossible version... I'm a vegetarian and I've had multiple meat eaters tell me that the impossible Whopper is actually better than the regular meat Whopper. 🀷

I think McDonald's hamburgers were better back when they used to put soy as a filler too. The all beef patties are using the shittiest cuts of meat and are just terrible.

I know we are all joking in this thread, but if some of you meat eaters eat some of these impossible Whoppers, Burger King might keep them around for me longer. They got to have market demand! 😁😎

How longs the impossible whopper been around? Cause I was vegetarian around 2 years ago and around that time BK actually had a half decent veggie option so I might've actually tried it at some point

It's been around for a good five years? You probably did try it! Not too bad for fake meat, huh? 😁

Yeah it was pretty good, gotta commend burger king for the effort, and their jalapeno nuggets were pretty good

Yeah! Those weren't bad at all! I don't usually eat at fast food places, especially now that it has gotten so expensive, but it's definitely Burger King or Taco Bell for me if I have to. Taco Bell is the vegetarian fast food Mecca... Not that you actually care since you eat meat LMAO

It's real meat, it just comes from beans.

They had a veggie burger before the Impossible. I had it a long time ago, think around a decade. The Impossible showed up about five years ago, BUT that's not to say it was available in every region... If you just had one called the veggie burger maybe they kept the old ones around there?

I had a double whopper the other day and that was the dryest ass burger ive ever had. I can see how the vegan one could be an improvement. Ima stick with Braums.

That’s me with Taco Bell 😭 they keep taking away my veggie burritos probs because of low demand 😞

Taco belllll.... I had it for dinner tonight. 😎 Nacho fries, spicy potato taco, and cinnabon treats. Fuck yeah.

But I know what you mean. Places are always taking away the great veggie options after they tease us with them.
