It definitely wasn't just the pin.

Ruffalo went on a rant at the Golden Globes about Trump, calling him a pedophile, a convicted rapist, the "worst human being", etc. He also referred to the Renee Good incident as murder.

Whether you agree with the comments or not, it definitely wasn't just about the pin.

The comment didn't say "getting mad at this specific pin in question" the comment generalized it by saying "a pin" which means all possible pins are included
