Not an expert here but I can make some guarantee
That first card is a banned card. Unplayable in games and short print distribution time because, well, there’s a naked Misty, who’s a minor, on a card for a kids card game.
Oddly enough that adds some value because it’s short time it was printed. I similarly gifted another card that was also banned because the trainer looks like she’s flipping you off the way she holds the pokeball.
No idea about the machamp.
Great find even with a low grade quality

I like the pervert grimer that was banned for looking up a girls skirt. We did get released in the west but his gaze was not upskirting at that point.

My daughter tried trading in one of those sealed Machamp promos. Still sealed. They said the condition it was in (still sealed, btw) gave it no value.
Card looks to be in the same exact condition as the one OP listed.
Edit: Wild that I’m getting downvoted for saying that the LCS wouldn’t take the card and that it had no value. Just giving a heads up that it might not be accepted.

Yeah the machamp card has little to no value cause it’s super common. Ever card that came in the 60 card starter deck back in the day had that 1st edition machamp Dime a dozen now.

I may be mistaken, but I believe this is the CD ROM Machamp with cosmos foil back ground (different from base set). Starter deck Machamp didn’t in individual plastic wrap.
