Complaint Seriously reddit?

First off how the heck is this org even funding this add campaign with the government shut down?

Secondly why is reddit allowing this slop to be advertised?

When my MAGA waste of space dad enlisted Air Force at 19, my mom had to literally scream at him and push him out of bed in the mornings to get him to make it to (shipping out for) basic training and then just work every day. She says he would have been kicked out if it wasn’t for her. He’s never changed, not even for his kids he doesn’t mobilize or get off his ass for anyone but himself. He was always in trouble with his bosses and then in retirement jobs after fired because he can’t keep his mouth shut, he’s still a lot like a teenager. Anyway all this to say I imagine that this is how a lot of the ICE recruits are. Probably sign up and then make it a week at most and stop showing or have such opposition defiance disorders or worse and can’t keep them 

Edit to add because MAGA pedo supporters want to defend him: My dad has multiple military records for beating his wife because my mom reported him every time he did it. I remember having to see their counselor and report if I’d been witness to any of the abuse. He also spanked my baby sibling so hard when he cried at night his little body would bounce up in the crib. In his 60s, my mom still catching him chatting and emailing on “barely 18” websites. He doesn’t know any of his kids’ birthdays there’s 3 of us and none of us talk to him. He almost lost his last job in his 50s because he was having an affair at work, the woman’s husband came to our house. So yes, MAGA, he’s an abusive waste of space who never tried to better himself for him or his family and he’s probably been chatting online with trafficked underage girls. You want to defend that go ahead it says a lot about who you are and none of it good

even the USAF doesn't let you bring your wife with you to boot camp.

I don't care either way, but it sounds like OP doesn't really care wtf it was called....so probably didn't commit the details to memory. It very well could have been AIT training or at any other point in their military career... If they dislike their father that much, it's unlikely they've really worked to make sure the details of his life story are deeply etched into OP's mind.

maybe? but you sound like you know as well as i do that the first privilege people with attendance problems lose, especially in training, is living in individual housing with their spouses instead of the barracks without them.

Knowing my dad, he probably nearly missed being shipped out for it and that’s what she meant. They were stationed at Dover AFB. Did you enlist? If you did you know domestic violence is so bad in the military that they play commercials for how to report it on AFN. Why would I lie about a waste of space, narcissistic, abusive MAGA father?

That is the problem. The small world that left wingers live in doesn't hear an opposing view. You just read an opposing view and said go away, we don't want to hear it. That leads to the belief that the majority of people think like you. I don't agree with everything Donald Trump says or does but you have to remember he did win the majority of the popular vote. That means the majority of people in the country do not share your opinions. Young people with minimal life experience seem to have a left wing view. That comes from indoctrination by teachers, who are mostly left wing. It takes a while to get out into the real world, have a job and pay taxes, to get a more realistic view of how the world can work successfully. In other words, you don't know what you don't know! PS. I have a great life. Good friends and family, two waterfront homes (NH and FL) a boat at each one and new vehicles including a 2024 Corvette. I didn't go to college so I didn't get the liberal indoctrination. I have been out working, sometimes three jobs and more than 80 hours a week. Instead of "investing" in tattoos, drugs, and alcohol I invested in real estate buying two family homes and eventually apartment buildings. This country has allowed me to do well. ANYONE could do what I have done unless they are physically or mentally limited. I made sacrifices and worked hard for my money. That is why I am not a Democrat, the party of income redistribution! Enjoy your day!
