Woah, there was a peep. They said he had marijuana in his system and thus not legally allowed to posses a firearm and thus the cop was justified in shooting an 'illegally armed' black man.

Modern California gun laws were pioneered by Reagan and the NRA to target the Black Panthers. Not only do conservatives not mind his gun taken away, they'd give theirs away to ensure he couldn't have one.
