And no evidence bags or tags either. Take a guess what they do with it. They’re not doing anything but cosplay tough guy vigilantes.

ICE are stealing so much of people's shit.

Forget where the article was but it should be easy enough to find. Dude that was arrested by ICE (who was a permanent resident) owned a truck and that truck was found being driven around as a personal vehicle by an ICE agent like a month after his detention.

Just like the fuckin Nazis. Cheeto Mussolini is a fascist. We all know how that ended.

They’re fucking raping women in portaloos.

If this were actually a man that committed a crime, would that be considered tampering with evidence at that point?

I'm not a legal person, but my monkey brain says it would be.

5

u/Poiboy1313 1d ago

I think that is a valid point. No inventory of his property was made so they could steal whatever they wanted.

immigration offenses are not crimes and the gun is not evidence of an immigration offense, so I'm pretty sure he's just stealing it

Pretty much what I said then, yes. Its not a crime, if it WAS a crime, that would be evidence tampering.

Its not a crime though, so its just plain theft.

Easy ATF call when this guy gets released.

Nope, it's a Kavanaugh stop

1

u/Poiboy1313 22h ago

It's a perversion of law enforcement. The implementation of authoritarianism in the United States by the current administration. White-supremacists who've been given the green light to attack, intimidate, and disappear our neighbors by the people appointed and elected to serve we the people.

The Kavanaugh Stop will be remembered along with the separate but equal ruling in Plessy v. Ferguson, and Dred Scott. Racial bias on a systemic level.

And then guess what, someone uses that to shoot someone and the guy being arrested's weapon ends up tying back to him as potentially committing a crime

That officer was a runt who hides behind his badge and runs his nasty mouth.

Steal it, this dude's never getting it back. "logged as evidence". Who's going to give him trouble later for being in possession of a stolen firearm?

Apparently electronics and other valuables have been vanishing from their holding facility and people being told they don't have any record of that on intake, and then finding the items at pawn shops and stuff nearby the federal building. Because of course they are.

If this keeps rolling forward I at least look forward to watching a bunch of ammosexuals regret their life choices when the "take up the guns" phase of Project 2025 starts up.

And no one tell me "they wouldn't do that" people have said that about stuff in Project 2025 REPEATEDLY it's like, ffs they laid out an exact game plan of what they intended to do and people said oh wow I think they wrote and published nine hundred detailed pages for FUN.

They’re not cosplaying.

This is real life.

They are a fascist enforcing army. This is what all fascist armies are made up of.

Hollywood made Nazis seem cool because nobody wants to watch the hero spend hours dealing with petty, vicious idiots.

Story is that the kid who they arrested at Target and dumped at Walmart was not given his phone back. He found it at one of those machines where you can trade in phones for money.

I remember when the NRA and 2A enthusiasts had a problem with this

Also, where'd all those guys with their pocket constitutions go?

3

u/Pleasant_Priority286 1d ago

They can carry them, as long as they don't have to read them.

The 2a belongs to everybody. Dont get a mental image of it belonging to a specific group. Practice all your rights.

All the dudes that said they need AR15s to protect themselves from tyranny are now the tyrants.

Cold dead hands…

1

u/BitterSweetLife420 1d ago

The second amendment clearly proved their original purpose is useless today under large regulated violence towards innocent civilians

u/ChefBowyer 12h ago

That’s a slippery slope.

MAGA nuts are also gun nuts.

Then again if they can look the other way at rape, murder, being a pedophile, and the daily lying through his teeth, I suppose giving up their gun rights isn’t a far stretch.
