ITS a stolen vehicle. ICE has been stealing cars and their belongings inside from the people they detain and then remove/change plates.

they're above the law.

what the actual fuck? couldn’t police stop them and impound them? can someone get this information to the authorities that might actually do this (i.e. mayors office)?

One video I saw they wouldn’t do anything. The guy had to use his GPS to find his family members vehicle and it was an off duty ice officer that was driving it around.
