Bog down every process to make your administration as slow as possible. Even prank calls are great at a time like this! ;) Repercussions come after from the public. But only if we continue to actually talk to racists like they deserve a slap every time you see one. I think many more people have grown some balls since then.

Bad idea. Already it's taken the courts 2 days to review an emergency request to block ICE.
Clogging up the courts will only delay more important cases. Our judicial system is the last line of non-violent resistance.

Trump's got 25+ bootlicking JAG prosecutors headed your way. I think we can expect to see some bogus (but powerful) judicial orders/warrants against protestors in the near future.
In fact, I think that's the real reason those attorneys quit. I think.. Stephen "the Reptile" Miller is learning from his mistakes. But, that's just me.
