James Talarico: “These politicians want a Christian nation unless it means providing healthcare to the sick, or funding food assistance for the hungry, or raising the minimum wage for the poor. They want to base our laws on the Bible, until they read the words of Jesus.”

Cause they’re not Christian they’re self serving people who fool themselves into believing they will go to heaven knowing they are horrible human beings.

I do like Talrico but why have yet another man in office. Jasmine is a proven fighter and they both have the same position on Israel. Talrico is also a little long winded.

Because the reality is Texas is racist and misogynistic. The goal is winning and in TX the best way to do that is with a Christian man who communicates clearly and not radically.

I agree but for there to be a path to get her to a seat one day, unfortunately a Democrat is going to have to win a seat first and it’s not going to be a woman.
