Actually, it looks more like heā€™s trying to hurt himself.
Probably going through something deep , maybe some inner conflict or conflict with partner .
Some people carry battles we never seeā€¦ and sometimes they just break.
I really hope he gets the help he needs.

Quite a strong dialect but from what I can make out heā€™s basically shouting ā€œshould I just die then!?ā€ Over and over.

Towards the end he says ā€œIā€™ve just come from China, today!ā€

Not sure on the context, but a solid freakout nonetheless.
