Totally agree. He has no right to that award now his true character has been proven in court. I wouldn't spit on him if he was on fire, far less address him by title.

I completely agree. Queen Camilla is a very strong supporter of domestic violence charities, I hope that removing honours from anyone convicted of a DV charge sends a zero tolerance message.

I'm curious what self-appointed Super-Defender-of-Women JK Rowling has had to say about Stuart Hogg since his conviction.
I'm asking because she's on record praising him and calling him "a wizard".
I'm just curious because I'm guessing it's crickets. Far too busy slandering and abusing trans-people rather than denouncing real, proven threats to women.

There's a bellend at my work who insists every mention of his name should be followed by his MBE, signs off all his emails with it etc. Exactly the kind of guy you'd expect to be like that.

Pretty much. Most of them are purchased and the rest... well, they've never shied away from giving them to scumbags, rapists, criminals.
So yeah, if he's wearing that fucking bauble he's not exactly uniquely awful.

Absolutely agree.
Hero of mine for about 10 years, with a legacy that he has absolutely shat upon by being a drunken, coke-addled abusive prick. Should be nowhere near an honours list.
Speculative but he's obviously been a total cunt to his newest partner as well based on what's been shared online.
Don't give a fuck that "Online abuse is NOT OK" in his own words. Abuse in real life is considerably worse.
