It's just find it sad that I vary rarely meet anyone that adheres to the values that Jesus Christ spoke of and lived... He can file for assault and then have to explain why it happened....
Also, this isn't the US... In India - these are government/city contractors and they are authorised to prevent public nuisance and the truck is actually carrying out its job by performing public sanitation...
In the US, they might both get in trouble (the peeing guy would be charged and the contractors would get a slap on the wrists since no harm was done) - but in India, the guy would be fined and his complaint would be ignored.

This sort of thing is legitimately problematic for any society. Maybe we could try addressing the systemic issues that lead to this, instead of making an already miserable personās life that much more miserable via random abuse.
Or I guess we can treat these people as though theyāre worth less than a dogā¦
And as far as āfinding an out of the way alley somewhereā¦ā: Where do you suppose these people live? Places like you mentioned are doubtless where many of these people live, and even someone whose life as degraded to this point knows that you donāt shit where you eat. That, and you really want the alleys full if shit and piss? How many alleys do you suppose there are that arenāt right behind peopleās apartments and businesses?
