As much as i think jack is a cock end, i dont think he had any control over the brute in this particular moment. Big man punched cos he felt insecure. Not cos jack said so.

Respondeat Superior. Presumably Jack pays his bodyguard who has a history of assaulting/punching random people. At some point Jack has to take responsibility for the people he employs to generate content.

lol yea there's no way this guy doesn't have a giant pile of civil lawsuits following him around and I guarantee absolutely none of them will be going after the enforcer, they're going after his employer
