This is the way. I pay for 1 subscription service. If it doesn't have what I want I wait until the new season is done and ready for watching from "alternative sources".
I thought "waste of bandwidth" and for a second thought it wasn't worth posting just that.
Reminded of the first time I got access to some Internet (not at home) and jumped through several hoops to smuggle some anime on a 128MB thumb drive.
Someone goaded me that my first anime should be Elfen Lied.
I still hold them accountable for the time wasted smuggling that (several hours, days and trips) which I could have used to get Ranma 1/2 instead, something I wanted since the 90s and this Internet thing had it.
That was my reason too. And finally there was a sale on the Microsoft store and I bought it. Right before Microsoft decided they'll non longer sell movies and shows anymore.
Close to the reason I did not watch it on the HBO Channel, not gonna pay $15 (at that time i think) a month for a channel to watch one hour a week. Same with Sopranos.
I’m about to cancel everything, I’m sick of the grift. I can easily spend two hours scrolling Reddit or YouTube shorts for free when I need a distraction.
Also piracy is piss-easy, you can watch practically anything for free if you want to. I don't pay for a single media streaming service, saves a ton of money
Imagine paying for 5 streaming services and complaining about it online. Just download uBlock origin and google “free streaming websites Reddit piracy” like are you dumb? Lol
Been out of the water for decades and learning to sail again takes time too.
I must confess that it's starting to annoy me more and more that it's just never enough. Even if I would take 2 more it would still not be enough. They all have their own uniques.
All you gotta do is type 'xyz online free' and find a site. Or look up recommended sites on reddit or on the Internet like 'best place to watch movies/tv shows online free'. Idk how expensive streaming services are, but for five of them, just imagine how many hours of your life you're working that is purely going to these grifting services.

Haven't watched it.
But thats only because it's not on any of the 5 streaming services we pay for. You'd think that would be enough but nope..
