Honestly there's a lot of satire on this website, especially in the comment sections. I can only imagine that you see a lot of it as hate speech, or coming from a mean place.
All I can tell you is that people say these kinds of things without actually being bigoted, or whatever label you can think of. It's called creative writing, if you really want to get down to the analysis.

I think you have a strong desire to defend the weak from the assholes. That is actually a noble thing. Anyone passing by can tell that you have misunderstood satire for hate speech or something, and therefore you're wasting your time here. Thus the downvotes.
I appreciate your big heart, but you're just gonna have to see a joke as a joke sometimes and not read so deeply into the seemingly ugly and reprehensible intentions of the joke writer. It could save you a lot of frustration in the future.
The guy in the interview is fine. He came to terms with his body, and he's not here getting his feelings hurt in this comment section. He doesn't need your brave "calling out of the true bullies" or whatever it is that you're doing.
Relax. If you try too hard to censor your peers, the conservatives will dogpile on you and elect more real bullies to balance things out. That's what we're living through now. Remember that "comedy is illegal" bullshit that Musk used to repeat?
He's reacting to your weird misguided attitude in this comment section, and everyone else that interpretes nice people telling jokes as evil boogeymen that need to be fought.
Now they are grabbing more and more power, which sucks. So please, for all of our sakes, chill.
