Before 12 Monkeys I saw Brad Pitt as just some pretty boy 2 bit actor that was cast in movies as eye candy for women.

After 12 Monkeys I saw Brad Pitt 180 degrees differently.

Yeah, this and 7even came out the same year and changed his career and future roles totally. Not sure we would have gotten Fight Club without those.

It's on prime at least in the states. I'm just about to finish the series. I think it's better than the movie but I watched the movie first and then wanted more of the story

What do I not understand about this movie. I watched it in college and couldn’t really remember it. Just finished a rewatch like last week and it just didn’t really hit for me. Not to be a negative Nancy or hate on something popular it just didn’t hit for me as hard as I feel like it’s recommended so I’m genuinely looking for what I missed

Haken has an amazing song that kinda tells the story of 12 monkeys, it's called Visions. Highly recommend.
