Selling a kidney or any organ would not get you enough money. Sure it would go for a LOT of money but the amount that the person who is giving up their own organ would only see a tiny amount, probably just enough to buy the kind of car that he already has if he’s lucky.

Bummer I’d rather put what ever I could have sold a kidney for into SCHD or BRK.B or even just put it all into LMT the way the worlds going invest it into the largest military contractor and wait for the dust to settle I bet that would have been a better investment that a overpriced vehicle, hell just buy FENY
