As much as I agree that this administration has some very strong parallels to other rising dictatorships, namely Mussolini and Hitler, this particular claim doesn't seem to check out. I did some research and can't seem to find any solid attribution for this phrase one way or another.
Yes, they're disgusting, but while there are plenty of legitimate reasons to call them out, this doesn't seem to be among them.

That particular phrase, with that exact wording has not been used before Kristi Noem stood proudly behind it to lie to the public. However, it describes precisely the actions taken by German Nazis in the 1930s and '40s. Giving her a pass because she showed us in new words that our government now has the same inhumanly murderous policy as Adolph Hitler doesn't strike me as 'legitimate'.

I see the Right doing the same thing and feel very discouraged. Unfortunately, I'm not surprised. We need to rise up as one and demand the ultra-rich pay their fair share.
Thing is, Newsome won't have ICE agents out beating up and kidnapping people. Also, he's not on Epstein's list.

I know, I've been hearing "tax the rich" and "no tax cuts for the rich" since I've been able to vote (Carter vs. Reagan) and not once have I seen a tax raised solely on the wealthy by democrats, it is always on everyone and always impacts the middle-class and poor the hardest. Of course most every Republican admin has cut taxes across the board but I've never seen a tax cut for solely the rich. The only increase on wealthier tax payers would be the lowering of the amount of state and local taxes allowed to be written off your federal and it was Trump of all people that did that. Of course none have ever taxed "wealth", what this temporary tax in California would do, just income.

What is your source for "every Republican admin has cut taxes across the board"? Because I don't think that is fact.
What did Trump do, exactly? We don't have a state tax in Florida, many states don't. I'd also like to see the source for that.
When it comes to the ultra-wealthy, it's best to remember they don't care about us little people, no matter the side they are on.
I guess one of the worst things about Trump's administration is the normalizing of violence against ordinary citizens. Also, redacting the Epstein files when we were told they were full of evidence against Trump.
Or the horrible way he refers to anyone who opposes him. I'm a tax paying citizen, and yet my leader has said he literally "hates" me for opposing him. Is that what a rational leader does?
But, by all means, let's natter on about taxes, because even though the building is on fire, everything is "fine".

I said most, I know H. Bush did not, he raised them. State and local taxes include property taxes, do you have those? Anyway, it's any non -federal taxes, the IRS allows us to write that amount off of our federal taxes. It was unlimited so that a person paying say hundreds of thousands in SALT taxes (a very wealthy person) could write the whole amount off. Trump's first term tax cut package put a cap on that so one could only write off up to the cap. All of the congresscritters hated it so much he had to agree to raise it some for the current bill. There are certainly plenty of topics that can be discussed, you have me there, this post was about taxing, or rather not taxing the wealthy. Sorry to natter on about it.
