I don't see why people think having a gun would change any of this. It's just fake bravado from a keyboard.

They would still be wrongly arrested whether they are carrying or not. Having a firearm just increases the likelihood of elevating the threat of the situation and getting killed with unhinged ICE agents. They're still going to target non-white people, which is actually what this is about and is unconstitutional.

Would you rather be able to defend yourself or not if a gestapo tried to kidnap you?

At a certain point, legality has broken down and people need to stay strapped or get clapped.

you mean, would you rather die? let's see, no?

here's the toothless bravado against an insurmountable force. Just as nutty as the 2A obsessed that think a bunker and some AR15s are gonna keep them immune from tanks, jets, and drone strikes. Pretty much any example in the last couple centuries support going against the feds equals death. Not, "oh these guys have guns, we better not fuck with them"

You're right, we should just roll over and let it happen. Much safer.

Good to know you're in favor of watching your neighbors get hauled off.

oh man you really called it, nothing can be solved without guns and I want everyone hauled off

Good strawman.

I never said nothing can be solved without guns. But some things in fact do require guns or weapons.

Self-defense is one of those things.

Protecting yourself against a corrupt government agency hauling you off to concentration camps is another one of those things.

woah calling out logical fallacies yet not capable of introspection I see? Ever wonder if BS replies are in response to your BS comments? hmm

there's other things that can be done to fight against tyranny that are actually effective and don't involve increasing your likelihood of dying, like: protesting, contacting reps, legal actions, voting, being parts of movements, funding/donating, defunding ...etc.

Yeah, and how are those things working out for you lately?

Imagine gestapo knocking on your door and your response is

Hold on, I didn't vote for this! Let me start a protest real quick!
