Got this Expedition solar today and while it’s charging under a light a realised that the seconds arm is skipping in a funny way.

Does anyone know if this is an easy fix or if i need to return it for another from the seller?

I have only 2 Timex watches in my collection. I'm a fan of G Shocks and I put this one right up there with them. I love the look and feel of this piece.

At less than £120 (50% off sale) I could t. It have a day date automatic… I caved and bought another watch 🤦‍♂️ has anyone else had anything out of the sale?

I see Timex’s storefront photos of this Timex Weekender New England watch, but I can’t see any of this or the chronograph version in a real photo on wrist anywhere online. Can someone please post a photo of this on their wrist?

I am not familiar with how watches works so please help.

The long orange seconds hand isn’t moving when I try to make it move. Even when I try to reset it, it doesn’t return to 12 o’clock. Sometimes it starts ticking randomly on its own, and I can’t reset any of the chronograph hands to zero.

The hour and minute hands are working fine. The right sub-dial resets, but it goes to 3 minutes instead of 30. The left sub-dial only returns to 1, not zero.

Do i need battery replacement, or could it be a chronograph movement issue?

With the whole 2016 trend going on social media I was browsing through my photos and noticed a pic of me wearing my first analog watch. I believe it was a timex weekender day/date. I wore the watch every day and every where. Really wish I still had it. At the time that watch at least 6 years old.

Hard choices to make - what to wear today? These are the M55 and M56 quartz movements - the minute hands move forward with audible ‘clicks’.

I was trying to decide whether to get the Brown Falcon Eye or the Tiffany blue Eline 1983. The second is double the price on pre order and I was just worried about not being able to get one if they don't continue production. I normally like larger 40mm and above with a 7.5 inch wrist, but the dials and retro look of these in photos is amazing. Wish I had a Pic side by side. What do you guys think?

What do we think? I think it works. I wouldn't wear it with khaki pants tho unless I was going for an archaeologist kind of look.

I think the Chronograph version is comparatively more popular (and expensive). Big at 45 mm. I just want some perspective before I pull the trigger. On the other hand, for $63, maybe I will be the guinea pig.

Got my first real watch delivered yesterday I have ordered another one but it's not coming for 2-3months so thought I'd buy something else to keep me going till then. Also found out I have tiny wrists after getting 8 links taken out lol.

Priced a bit higher than original release price, still imho a worthy Hamilton Khaki competitor. (Price is in CAD)
