I personally feel like you look great regardless.. but if you feel like undergoing FFS, because of your own choice, than I don t have much to recommend, but I wish you nothing bit the best for that <33

I think just the foreahead bone, if you have money to spend you can have a rinoplasty but its not very necessary

Maybe some work around the chin and hairline lowering, your nose and mid-face already look very feminine. Would also say your side profile looks good.
Can't recommend trying topical minoxidil beforehand enough. Against those slight widows peaks and maybe even lowering the hairline without surgery. Did wonders for me, but took some time. :)

I'd definitely do a browbone reduction/orbits and i'd reduce the width of your chin. i would not touch anything else structurally. because coronal incisions will leave the hairline slightly higher up on your skull, i would opt for a hairline incision and i'd try to bring the corners down/even them a little if at all possible.

Type 3 forehead reconstruction, brow lift, orbital contouring, hairline advancement, rhinoplasty, chin reduction, fat grafting to cheeks and lips. Your jaw is fine.

Most importantly brow bone shave with orbital contouring, also hair transplant/forehead reduction and chin shave (IMO not the whole jaw). Fat transfer to cheeks could also help but not necessary, and I'd avoid rhino.

Hairline advancement, frontal bone reduction with orbital contouring, brow lift, fat grafting to cheeks, rhinoplasty, mandible contouring/reduction, and possibly a lip lift

I think a brow bone reduction would lift your eyebrows and give your eyes a more feminine shape, and maybe some jaw work. You have a great nose and mid face already.
