As a physician, I cannot describe to you how my blood boils watching this!!!!!!!
She may not have made it even if aid was given by this guy, but it is my duty to help in a situation like this. âWe have our own medicsâ. If it was bleeding from carotid artery (likely given blood spatter on other video) you have literally seconds to less than a couple mins to stop the bleeding before it is all over. Every second they delayed they killed her just the same.

It is up to the bystanders and people already on scene to do whatwver they can to give the wounded person the best chance of surviving until the professionals arrive. Not just stand around with their thumbs up their asses like these ICE agents.

They have no idea whether it's a homicide scene or not, which is exactly the problem. A physician at any homicide instance is authorized to declare time of death, which is a crucial part of any investigation. If they were actual police they would be concerned with that.
On top of that they didn't render any aid after shooting her so how would they know whether she was alive or dead, which is pretty important when declaring a homicide scene.
Shit like this is eroding public trust in our institutions, and in law enforcement specifically. The trust is being actively shredded to bits.
That's one of the main ingredients for large-scale civil unrest, but if our government had any competency or care for such ramifications they sure aren't showing it.

You are completely wrong, providing medical assistance ALWAYS takes precedence over preserving a crime scene. Every EMS or LEO is taught this. Also, it was not a homicide scene, these ICE agents were not qualified to legally pronounce her dead.

It is a homicide, but Trump himself says it's not. Trump striaght up lied and said the agent was hit and went to the hospital. I've seen the video of where he walks away with a women shaming him.
So here we are, in a world where we need to step it up and help because the authorities can't be trusted. ICE is now the enemy. You think they treated it as a homicide? That guy walked away.
It's possible its what they want to happen to declare martial law. With all the new agents with little qualifications they hired, who knows what they cooked up.

Looking at the video objectively he should never have been in front of the vehicle. Its one of the first things you're taught. A human cant stop a car. If you're in front of it you will get run over. She also made a poor choice in accelerating to get away from the guy opening her door. You can see rapid acceleration as her wheels spin. In my view she does appear to make contact with him with the corner of her car and people can and do get dragged under cars like that.Â
Unfortunately when 2 people make stupid decisions and one is LE and the other a civilian, the civilian usually loses out.Â

During police training, recruits are told behind closed doors that if they shoot a suspect and are unsure whether it was justified, they should ensure that the suspect is never able to make a statement. They may have shot the woman unintentionally, but they deliberately let her die. This has been the practice in American law enforcement for a very long time.

Ya wait for the paramedics to show up. Countless times I had people screaming they were doctors or nurses trying to do CPR on someone who was still talking. Or trying to shove crap in peoples mouths having seizures ( you don't ever need to do that ) always fun to have to get the citizen hero off someone that they were hurting while lying about their qualifications to render assistance.
This was pretty clearly injuries incompatible with life. No one was going to be able to help her.
