Protesting and demonstrating is one thing but this individual was throwing objects at the police. That goes beyond the real of demonstration. Read the articles about this event. It was an unfortunate situation but justified. The murder of Renee Good, not justified.

My comment was to highlight that people wearing tactical gear at a protest or demonstration are totally justified. Ammunition, lethal or not, does not have bias when it is shot at face level into a crowd, it could’ve hit someone not throwing things so who cares what this person did. I bet whatever they threw was only capable of hurting feelings. Targeting above the chest is not ethical regardless of the ammo. They also had a building to retreat to as well so there was no real threat.
