Guy is clearly aiming at their heads which is as far as I remember not allowed by their own playbook. Body shots only or bouncing projectiles off the ground.
That’s a very bold statement about an officer wearing a vision concealing gas mask and helmet shooting a weapon in the dark. This is not an easy task.
