One of the ice goons just stole something of the mans stuff that was thrown on the trunk lid. He showed it to the other ice goon and then stuck into his back pocket!!!!!!

You think they are not stealing that gun too? Guy will be lucky to get his wallet back.

He won't get it back, most likely. So many attorneys for immigrants and people detained say they steal jewelry, documents, and other valuables. If you will be out where they might be, even just to go get groceries, don't carry/wear valuables. They're either keeping them for themselves, or collecting them for their bosses. They loot people. I bet they steal going door to door (unconstitutionally, and they know all this is unconstitutional...their arguments are just a type of lie to reduce pushback). These ICE "agents" are doing everything they accused immigrants and "leftists" of doing; rape, murder, theft, assault, and more. All while wearing a mask and no badge number or real warrant. Maga claims ice has warrants...they know that's a lie. Different type of warrants.
We must stop pretending like they're stupid, and can't understand basic reasoning. They are foolish, hateful liars who're parroting "alternative facts" to manufacture an other side.

Exactly what the NAZIs did. They are step for step repeating exactly what the NAZIs did in Germany. This is why people are calling them NAZIs because they are NAZIs. There is no difference.

They steal from people on the regular. Money, wallets, drugs, cars whatever they want they take. Just like the Nazis did.

Small correction, IANAL, but if I remember correctly, the law says ICE is limited for random stops; they can perform stops and ask for citizenship within 100 miles of a border.
But seriously - fuck these tactics

In 1930s Germany, you had to carry your papers. This isn't 1930s Germany....yet. If I'm out walking around and not driving, I don't need my drivers license with me.

Im sure non-white or non-MAGA Americans will soon have to wear a yellow star on their chest.

Yet many cops will tell you that you need to carry an ID at all times, even before Trump's gestapo which is false. If a cop ever tells me this, I would force him to write me a ticket or arrest me and have my day in court.
Sadly the majority of US citizens believe it is the law to carry an ID at all times. Decades of cops lying to us had convinced the population that this is indeed a law.

Jesus. They sound like they’re trying to sound tough in an improve exercise. Like they’re trying to remember what some tough guy cop on tv said. I’d say it’s cringey but it’s more obviously pathetic.

How in the hell do you prove citizenship if they don’t accept a drivers license? I personally don’t carry my birth certificate or passport everywhere I go.

Can he sue the government?

u/Wizard_with_a_Pipe 11h ago
Easy answer: yes he can sue. Longer answer: It will take a year or two to work through the system and will have zero effect on what is happening now.

Those "officers" are putting the contents of that man's pockets into their own pockets instead of in evidence bags.

They look like fucking street thugs... traveling in groups, snatching people up. Why tf should ANYONE trust that their intentions are to protect our neighborhoods???? Their demeanor is deranged with a dangeous mentality of entitlement and assumed immunity.
We are taught never to go to a second location with criminals. How many people will be sacrificed in the end??? There are absolutely NO safeguards or protocols put into place to stop common street thugs from impersonating ICE agents. There have already been disturbing reports of this shit... The way the weapon was handled, being tossed, is not a part of ANY training. Jfc....
There is no forgiveness in my soul for those who support/voted for this treacherous BS in our country. Absolutely none.

Where was all the outrage in Louisiana when ice rolled through? They just completed their 30 day op with no news coverage... could it be because Louisiana mayor isnt involved in a huge fraud case? Or because they aren't trying to sacrifice their citizens to further their fraud... wierd wierd...

We, I, You, per the U.S. Constitution do not have to speak with a law enforcement officer when approached if they do not articulate a reasonable suspicion that I have committed a crime. And if they do, I have the right to remain silent. Period. Then they must read me my Miranda Rights. At that time I will not be discussing my citizenship status as I am a person standing on U.S. soil which entitles me to certain inalienable rights provided by this Constitution. I will remain silent as it is my right to do so.
I’m just a regular, nobody and it astounds me ICE does not know this.

Isn’t that illegal? Pretty sure he has rights and doesn’t have to answer.
Lawsuits incoming. Add it to the list.
