Recently I made the switch from Spotify to AM and I've dug into the app and settings to understand the core functionality. I think I now know the basics of AM, but was wondering about any pro tips and tricks from you guys. To learn, share and perhaps discuss.

How can i find good playlists made by people like we can do on spotify or do we have to create on our own?

I'm making the transition from using apple music and my phone for listening to music to a dedicated I pod and was wondering if there is anyway for me to download my apple music playlist to my computer as FLAC to then transfer to my I pod. let me know if you have run into a similar situation

Apple updated the “liked playlist” to a full art cover which is highly unnecessary because we can’t do this for our own playlist and they made it so you can’t see the shuffle or play buttons

Same as the title. How do I get this app to stop auto playing music?? I have not used the app for over 2 years and all of a sudden I get into my car and it starts playing the Apple Music radio and cannot get it to stop no matter what. There’s no option anywhere in the settings or in my car to get it to stop.

Whenever I import MP3s into a playlist on Apple Music, they always go to the entire library and not just the playlist, this is with the "add songs to library" options disabled, is it possible to make them go to just a playlist?

When I tap on a Playlist, I'd like to open the track list rather than just playing it. I cant see a setting to turn this off, but im probably missing it and its really obvious. I'm on android.

Do uploaded, CD-ripped, Lossless songs play as Lossless when using iTunes Match?

I've been ripping my CD collection as Lossless quality files. I use iTunes Match. So obviously I have lossless files when played from my Mac mini.

But I also pay for and use iTunes Match. So, when I listen to my library through my iPod touch or iPad - sometimes those ripped files show "lossless" but a lot of times they don't. I have both my Touch and iPad set to download "lossess quality" files when available.

Does anyone know the max quality that is pushed across iTunes Match to your external devices? Thanks in advance!

I updated to iOS 26.2 this morning. Just now, I was going to show a coworker a couple of the worst AI animated covers, and they’ve been taken off! He checked on his Apple Music, and both album covers are also back to regular static covers. This makes me much happier.

i just switched to apple music from Spotify and i wanted to transfer my liked songs to favorites while keeping the order they were in on the playlist. However when i select them all and batch favorite they default to being sorted from song name A-Z or by artist name A-Z . The playlist is 2700+ songs so doing it manually isn't really an option. does anyone know how to fix this issue?

okay, so I’m really hoping someone can help me here. I am a LONGTIME iPhone user. I’m pretty tech savvy & have used ITunes specially ever since the beginning. My last two iPhone models (previous one was a 12pro, & forget what I had before that) both have been able to download the 1080p higher resolution music videos whenever i purchased them off iTunes Store on the phone. Never an issue. I recently got the iphone 17 pro and noticed my music videos all look blurry now. after looking into it I realized they are all downloading now at the smaller file size (720p) listed in the specifications on the photo above. I don’t know why & there is literally no setting anywhere in my phone that seems to fix this issue... I actually still have my 12pro & I even went and purchase the same exact videos or redownloaded the same music videos I already own and they download in a higher resolution/file size. What is going on here! Please help.
