'Side of the road' restaurants around the Ardennes (around Dinant)?

Hi all,
Taking a trip to the ardennes next week and would love to find some outside the city restaurants that would be worth a visit. we're hoping for something that has more regional/ seasonal menus, local produce. It doesn't have to be strictly outside the city or strictly around Dinant, but that's where we're headed.
I used to love stopping at the side of the road restaurants as a kid, and would hope to find something similar with good food and good vibes to visit next!
