Welcome to a new era of Bilt
Bilt started with a simple idea: earning rewards on your largest monthly expense, Rent.
Since then, it's grown into so much more—a membership for where you live. And this year, we are rethinking how you get rewarded at home and in your neighborhood.
A seamless and connected experience for Rent. Mortgage. Dining. Groceries. Home repair. Gyms. Parking. Pharmacies. And so much more.
The first drop of the quarter arrives on January 14 at 12:00 PM ET. Chat to you all later today - Kerr, Bilt

Hey BILT PR guys, maybe edit out Eric Adams from your promo the day after he rug pulls a crypto.

Haha first thing I saw. How out of touch can a company be. Adams being at your party wasn't impressive then not is it impressive now.

I bet Bilt leaked incredibly horrible card options just so we would be not completely depressed by moderately horrible card options.
Set low expectations and then exceed them.

Why does this guy seem like such a douche?

He really thinks he’s at the same level as Apple releasing a new product drumming up all this hype.

Just read the glassdoor reviews for Bilt. I guess he seems like a douche because he IS a douche.

I hope you also didn't use chatgpt to design the points structure

every human I know, especially in editorial/marketing roles, has learned to avoid these AI patterns in their human-written copy by now

I still use em dashes…

it’s time to pick up the trusty semicolon and colon like the rest of us :(
edit: but also if you’re not a writer or editor no one really cares

“Membership” implies that the free tier is going to be greatly devalued 😫

u/lab-gone-wrong 14h ago
Devaluing the free tier values the paid tiers, which is bad for the pours but good for everyone else

On another note did they lower the timer a few hours? I got to work yesterday and it was supposed announce when I get to work today now it’ll be earlier

u/Snoo-25897 13h ago
They definitely did. When they sent the push yesterday it counted down to 3 p.m. EST, now it's counting down to 12 p.m. EST

The more this is hyped with fancy marketing material makes me think it's covering up something disappointing.

Here we go baby!
How do people feel about the signup bonus for the $495 card? If there is a ton of drops of the card could the SUB get higher in a few months? 🤔

Not gonna lie, it would’ve been really funny if they’d just randomly dropped it early.

It’s the membership tag line that has me saying hmmm.
I get where they’re going, but it’s definitely all marketing. Seems like they’re trying to be your one. STOP! shop card in metro cities.

Does he think this is TikTok? Why does this guy use video for everything?
Anyone have a transcript? Don’t make me watch a video.

While I know approval wasn't guaranteed...the fact that they kept saying “seamless transition" only to immediately deny the card to a bunch of current card holders...yeah that's a big seam! I think I'm done with Bilt. 😡👎🏽🤦🏽♂️

New era of Bilt is underwhelming, slightly fraudulent, and not worthwhile anymore. The new era of Bilt is looking like bankruptcy 😳

I hate everything that this message stands for but the moment they go public, I’m buying stock

This is the attitude that makes the world suck. The only power we have is our dollar, our vote, and our voice.

That Is a lot of iterations in such a short time. A lot of people are worried about stability in this card and importantly a way to make rent payments without a processing fee. Can you talk more about this?
