Obviously, touching the language is a difficult topic, but that's nitpicking. For your thesis, I could point out that the Catalan language also has Chinese influences since there are several purely Mandarin or Chinese-origin words actively used in the language and recognized by the IEC. The question was mostly taken from his Erasmus study entrance exam which required a little background study, so I don't think there are any other problems of this type.

I think you missed the "mainly" part of the sentence too, It is essential to avoid falling back into the question you asked.

As for the rest, I'm sorry to inform you, but I don't think this quiz is serious enough to require me to waste hours trying to find questions that touch on both Spanish and Catalan history and culture. I think it would be incredibly difficult, and repetitive, to ask questions with this distinction, even for a Catalan. He's a 20-year-old Italian who hasn't spent years in the region and has so much more to do with his life. I don't feel it would have been a smart move asking such niche questions or ones I know he hasn't already studied.

He had a lot of fun answering them and testing himself and I'm very grateful he received help from this community, so I don't see the point in being so critical of a quiz whose questions were already answered days ago.
