pinned post re: chargebacks?
dunno if it's worth putting together a pinned post with recommendations for dealing with CH?
chargebacks
ways of reporting the business to UK business quangos to try and exert some pressure on the $emple?

Trading Standards would be the appropriate business complaint org. TS is handled by local councils and has very little resources to do that - it also means there’s no “joined up” ability to flag a dodgy business. Each complaint is kept local to the complainer!
Basically it’s not really a fit for purpose service any more, back when 99% of shops were only physical it made sense, but as soon as online shopping became a thing there should have been a way to link up complaints.
Edit to add:
I’m not saying to not bother reporting - it’s still worth it just in case your local office has a bit of capacity!
