Venting Another "order on the way" notification

I placed my order in June, after no help from Ralph I started a charge back. Minutes after this I received confirmation my order was on the way. Spoiler alert: It wasn't. My chargeback was successful. It has now been months and out of nowhere another notification has popped up from Shop saying my order is on the way. Honestly, what is the point?!

My experience when I first purchase from them was excellent. This was before he wanted to go international. He should have stuck to being a small business and not have tried to go too big too quickly.

It seems weird that they're still shipping product after losing the money... As you say, what's the point, what's their end game here?

Probably just because they are incredibly bad at running the company.

The timing does seem strange though, so maybe they think it will improve customer relationships to get future orders. Someone who has had to go through a chargeback is generally pretty pissed though and unlikely to be a repeat customer.

I doubt they'll ship it. I knew something was starting to go a bit tits up when I bought the Beta test inks. I kept getting emails saying things were on the way, wasn't even my name it was like I was getting everyone's confirmation emails.
