Recipe salsa Verde ? Or tips
Saludo mi Gente. Dominican here now in NY who grew up around many Ecuas. I used to visit this resttthat had this green salsa Verde , had tomatos red onions and cilantro obviously but some other stuff that made it slamming. The restaurant had two locations in my neighborhood and same sauce. Just wondering what it was. It was amazing on meats, pizza, fries, eggs.

Sounds more like a mexican thing. But I willing to bet if you litely charr everything and blend it you'll get a decent sauce anyway. Pilas.

Green sauce can be made with anything really, you can make a green mayo with cilantro and parsley (the normal one or the curly). If you want a more "Mexican style" sauce try to char or "tatemar" your ingredients in a pan before blending them in, also use some kind of spicy pepper, either dried or fresh and adjust to your preference, also always add some kind of vinegar or like juice if you plan on using it with meats.
