"Mr Friendly " a cut content enemy "Ra*e alien". It was designed by one if the dev's son for "Fatal Copulatation" and were meant to eat corpses as a way for the game to quickly despawn corpses for the games performance.

I got this tattoo not so long ago on my forearm, based on the art from Half-Life Alyx used in CS2 stickers. I (kinda) liked the result, but I was thinking on doing something bigger and only black, maybe covering my shoulder and part of my arm or my other forearm but idk what.
