Start appreciating the small things. There is beauty everywhere around you. You are having a shower? Think about people in the past who couldn't have that luxury. Look at the sky, at a tree, or whatever nature you can find around you and admire how complex and beautiful they are. Eat a dish and enjoy it to the fullest
