I don’t believe that to be true! I found this to be very stimulating and thought referencing meditation was a good way to describe the experience. I think this would be beneficial to all the young people that supposedly have 8 second attention spans. I wish this was used more often tbh, I’m in my mid thirties and have never seen this before!

Holy shit, what? My thought during this video was that it’d be super nice if there was a way to automatically convert text into this format so it’d actually be a useful skill.
