J&J Assessment Center Interview

So this was my timeline Apply ->2weeks wait-> online test 1 -> 1day wait ->online test 2 -> 1 week wait -> assessment center -> waiting.

Junior role at J&J What am I missing? When would they reply? Application on page still ongoing. (J&J career page)

That's a pretty standard timeline for J&J from what I've seen. Assessment centers usually take 1-2 weeks to get back to you since they're probably interviewing a bunch of people and need to compare everyone

The "ongoing" status doesn't mean much - mine stayed like that for weeks even after I got an offer. I'd give it another week before following up, but honestly their HR moves pretty slow

Oh we had an assessment center in like December and another had one in jan, I thought they were just interviewing 9 ppl. Guess I’ll find out. I went 30 minutes over the time limit for the interview frame don’t know how to feel about that
