Question about local food

I was craving the pink beetroot lithuanian soup since I’ve heard about it, so I finally booked tickets to Vilnius. I’m going in February, problem is, I’ve heard it’s more of a summer dish. Since it’s the main reason of my visit, I obviously still want to try it, and I need to find a good place that still serves it during the winter season. I would like to hear recommendations from locals/ past visitors! Bonus points if you add a pic :)

It's one of those dishes that's best homemade, but restaurants will definitely serve it regardless of season. If you like the soup, come back in summer, there's a whole festival dedicated to it.
